Riverstone Cancellation Policy

• Due to rising costs, a credit card will now be required to book all appointments.

• No advance charges will be made to the credit card if you keep your appointment

 

Charges will be made to the card if:

• No Show an appointment – your card will be charged 100% of the planned service

• If you cancel an appointment inside of 24 hours – your card will be charged 50% of the planned service

• 10 minutes late to an appointment reserves our right to cancel the appointment.
