DONATION REQUESTS

Riverstone Salon and Wellness Center is proud to support our community & charitable organizations.  Donations are per individual staff availability.  All donation requests are given consideration, however, we cannot guarantee all requests. All donated services are subject to a one year expiration from date of issue.

APPOINTMENT POLICY

Riverstone Salon Stylist value all our customers and dedicate time to each appointment.  We kindly ask if a client needs to cancel or change an appointment they call the salon at least 48 hours prior. 

Riverstone reserves the right to request a credit card to reserve an appointment for clients that have canceled inside of 24 hours in the past. 

Please keep in mind, our dedicated staff are paid based on the services they provide, if a staff member reserves time for a client and the client cancels within 24 hours, consequently our staff loses the ability to support other customers.  Therefore Riverstone will charge your credit card for 50% of the services scheduled.

10 minutes late to an appointment reserves our right to cancel the appointment.
